The following report is based on radio transmissions:
Team Fire Storm was deployed on 02Aug09 to the area code named the SWOMT. Lead by SGT. Shadow, the team was set into 2 squads. Alpha lead by SGT. Shadow and Bravo lead by PFC Wonder. Alpha inserted via Zodiac boat and Bravo via land. Bravo made hostile contact at 1400 and reported 3 WIAs. Communication seemed to be down between Alpha and Bravo at that time. HQ relayed all comms to both units.
Bravo was deemed Combat Ineffective, Alpha was spotted by local civilians and their position was compromised. At that time they were ordered to the CCP to await further instructions. Team A and B made contact at the CCP and requested immediate EVAC. Status WIA 4.
1430: enemy contact was made at the CCP, heavy fire was heard over the comms. Transmission ended at 1500.
