All participating operators of Northern Fist are hand selected by the Minutemen command staff. Operator are selected based on their conduct and level of Honor. Any participating member found cheating, producing poor conduct or low honor levels will be blacklisted and banned from all future Minutemen events.
At every operation several undisclosed operators will be evaluating participating members conduct and honor. If you brake any rules you will be reported and blacklisted with no warning. We enforce the blacklist to promote honor and quality in our operations. So you have been warned, operate at high levels of honor and conduct at all times.
1A- Have fun operate as a unit.
2B- Respect all operators. treat other as you want to be treated.
3C- Respect the field, no smoking, pick up your trash.
4D- Call your hits out loud, gun and gear hits do count.
5E- Display your red hit rag when hit.
6F- Turn in your hit cards at the end of every operation.
7G- Dead men don't talk, keep you mouth shut if you are dead.
8H- Once on the field never remove your goggles.
9I- If you have an issue with an operator talk to a staff member.
10J- Life vest are to be on at all times when operating or using the zodiac boat.
-400 FPS Max with .25s for all weapons
-500 FPS Max with .25s for sniper rifles (Bolt action ONLY, not able to be fired on auto). 100 foot minimum engagement, In order to be a sniper at Northern Fist you MUST be qualified by the staff.
Smoke Devices are ILLEGAL and CANNOT be used.
